For V.Lakshmidevi OD/Movement/Dance are way of life. She is also voluntarily functioning as, IODA Vice President – Membership & Communication from 2023. Her inner work of change started with ISABS ODCP certification program and continued with awareness to embodied change through DMT in TISS, Mumbai. She has been in HR for 10 years majorly with Indian and International real estate groups, Bangalore. As a Founder of “Way to Roots” for last 13 years she is into OD consulting. From 2019 Lakshmi is also integrating embodiment and movement practice through “Kalpavriksha4you” as part of holistic interventions. She is also a professional classical dancer and finds meaning, solace and expressions through movement and dance.
